Firstly, you can reigster online at either or you can register online at . The second way you can register is by downloading one of our registration forms and either mailing it to The Refuge at 300 Court Street in Oshawa, ON L1H 4X3 or by faxing it to The Refuge at 905-404-1910. The final way you can register is by letting us know that you intend to run for free by raising a minimum of $55 through pledges and donations from family members, co-workers and friends. To do this, please click here. *children participating in the 1k Scamper are encouraged to raise a jar of Quarters as their participation fee. The goal of the Durham 1/4 Marathon is to help homeless youth find their own quarters or home through The Refuge. Thus it seemed fitting to ask all children participating in the 1K Scamper to bring a jar or just a handful of quarters as their race fee.
